Order status

The order confirmation will be sent to your email when you place the order. And the tracking number of your package will be notified by email when we ship out your order. You could also go to the "My order" page to check your order status after logging in to your purchase account.

Order cancellation

For order cancellation, please submit a support request on https://support.nooriolife.com/ with the subject 'Cancel order.' The content should include your order number, name, and reason for the cancellation before the product is shipped.

Order changes

Please submit a support request on https://support.nooriolife.com/ and provide us with your order number if you need to change the shipping address or info before shipping.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Apply a Discount

Enter the discount code after filling in the billing and shipping info and click "continue to payment" to checkout.
Only one discount can be used per order.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times:

The shipping takes 2-7 business days in general.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

Track a delivery

Go to the My Orders page. Click "View Details" of each order to find the "Check Shipment" option on the right side of the page.

Our carrier

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Noorio products under most circumstances. Local carriers may be USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Not receiving package

If the tracking status shows "delivered," yet you have not received your package, you could submit a support request on https://support.nooriolife.com/.
If any packages get lost in transit, we will open a case with our logistic partner Amazon, as they assume responsibility for shipping our inventory out of their warehouse.
It usually takes ten business days for Amazon to investigate your order. After they have finished, we will be able to send a replacement or process a full refund.

Change delivery address

We cannot change the shipment once the product is shipped out.

Returns & Exchange

We provide a 30-days return & exchange policy.
For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Please check the Warranty page for more information.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically return to the customer's credit card or original payment method around ten business days.
